About me

Deciding to seek help, whether through counselling, hypnotherapy or psychotherapy, is a brave decision to make. It can be quite daunting for any of you who have not been through this process before.
So that you can feel confident in making your choice of therapist I will be happy to chat to you on the phone or email before you proceed further. Please contact me for a free telephone consultation. If I am with a client at the time you ring, please leave your contact details and I will contact you as soon as I can.
We can then discuss your needs and wishes and I can explain how I work, the length of session times and what fees will be.
My practice is in West Cornwall within easy reach of Penzance, Helston, St Ives, Falmouth and Truro. I am a recognised provider of services with BUPA, PFOA and AVIVA.
Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available at the Practice on the outskirts of Penzance.
