Marc is a Specialist Oncology Dietitian with ten years' experience working within the field of Gastroenterology, Surgical and Oncology Dietetics. He has developed his specialist knowledge from working in Oxford, Nottingham and Manchester. Marc has extensive experience of the nutritional management of patients with gastrointestinal disorders, including oesophageal, stomach, pancreas, gallbladder and liver cancer. He has an excellent working relationship with Consultants and clients. His open, pragmatic and compassionate approach is popular with clients to help them achieve their nutrition goals.
Marc currently works at The Christie Hospital in Manchester, leading the outpatient Dietetic service in Upper Gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary Oncology.
Marc sees outpatients with a variety of gastrointestinal conditions. Marc is also involved in the training of student and newly qualified dietitians, and has lectured to Dietitians and nurses on the nutritional management of surgical patients.
His private practice focuses around gastrointestinal conditions and he also has an interest in Irritable Bowel Syndrome and application of the low FODMAP diet.
