Overview

About me

I have been a practising therapist for 10 years. I have an MSc in REBT/CBT. Previously to becoming a therapist I had a number of jobs ranging from taxi driver to office worker to teacher and then lecturer - I feel these experiences have helped me to be a more 'rounded' person and to be able to understand other's perspectives more readily.
I work with a variety of strategies, in order to help clients to progress.
