About me

People often find the same problems happening again and again - even those who have been in therapy before. These patterns are rarely random and I believe that if we explore their causes, we will find the way to positive and long-lasting change.

Working with individuals and couples, I use a wide range of therapies rather than work from a fixed approach. I believe that this freedom allows my clients and I the greatest opportunities for positive change.

You may not even know what is wrong, just that something doesn't feel right, and that you want to talk this through.

My professional training, therapeutic and life experience means I can offer you an impartial ear, the ability to examine issues from a fresh angle and a calm, neutral, non-judgmental environment.
