About me

As an integrative and accredited psychotherapist with The Biritish Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) my goal is to enable clients to develop a better understnding of themselves and to resolve challenges in their lives.
By applying a range of counselling and therapy approaches and techniques we will unnearth long-standing behaviour patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding clients back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
With a background in the NHS my experience incorporates work in various settings including the NHS, Education and as Co-director of a successful psychotherapy practice. I have been involved in servicing contract work with the NHS Primary Care Trust in Chester, Cheshire and North Wales, delivering therapeutic interventions to patients in the locality as well as offering face to face counselling for private clients.
