I’m an independent practitioner, highly skilled Chartered Counselling Psychologist. I have 12 years post qualified experience treating common mental health conditions and psychological difficulties which create distress, discomfort and intolerance, resulting from the pressures and demands of daily living such as stress, worry, anxiety and depression.
