About me

I work relationally with all clients and provide short term and long term therapy contracts. We are all born into relationship and this is how we learn to be in the world with ourself and others. Sometimes that learning is helpful, sometimes it is less helpful as we get older and try to find our own way in the world. I support a client so that they can adapt any less heatlhy/useful ways of relating and move towards more supportive ones. I encourage working with the mind/body as they are deeply interrelated. This way of working supports developing an important mindfulness and tracking of a personal process so that each client can be encouraged to make the choices that truly benefit them.

I have a background in working with children, families, mothers & babies. I have worked withing a Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse therapeutic teams for the NSPCC and within a local authority. I also provide therapy for Psychologists and Psychotherapists/Counsellers in training being a member of the Leeds University networks.
