About me

I am an experienced CBT therapist and have been accredited with BABCP since 2006.
I provide counselling in a safe, confidential and comfortable setting, in the centre of Glasgow.
I also offer sessions via Facetime, Skype and Zoom.
I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals and couples, ie working together to achieve positive outcomes to their conditions, problems and concerns.

I am currently working from home.
I use the following video call platforms:
Zoom, Facetime, Skype, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp & Facebook Messenger, whatever you prefer.
Please note that my mobile number has a poor signal at my home, so if you don't get an answer, please send me a message (texts & emails & via the above work well), and I get back to you asap.
