About me

Completed his higher degree in Newcastle University in ovarian cancer research followed by subspecialty training in gynaecological oncology at the Northern Gynaecological Oncology Centre, Gateshead in 2010. Appointed as Lead Laparoscopic Surgeon at the NGOC, Gateshead in 2010. Introduced new advanced laparoscopic surgical techniques including Total Laparoscopic Radical Trachelectomy and uterine artery sparing parametrectomy for the first time in the UK. Active in research and the training of laparoscopic surgeons regionally, nationally and internationally. Course convener for high profile surgical training courses in this area.
