About me

I have worked for the NHS for 17 years as a primary care counsellor, now retired. For 20 years I have been, and remain in Private Practice and working for many large companies through their Employee Assistance Programmes. I have also supervised up to 13 professionally qualified, and volunteer students, on placement at Mind, and have done for the last 18 years. I am also now a supervisor for Women's Aid staff. I am qualified to Masters Level in NICE guideline approved Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR therapy. Also, Life Coaching, , Couple Therapy, and Human Givens Therapy.
