About me

I studied at Cambridge University before training at the Bristol Old Vic to be an actor. After 10 years in that profession I became a broadcaster and journalist at the BBC and then trained in Person-Centred & Existential Counselling at Thames Valley University. I have been in private practice since 2001, first in Harley Street and now St Martin's Lane in the West End. I was also a tutor for many years in the Counselling & Psychology department at City Lit Institute, the largest adult education college in Europe.
I work with individual clients and couples, both LGBT and heterosexual. I am regularly heard on the BBC World Service and many of my clients work in the arts.
