Neil Donnelly is a Consultant ENT surgeon at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He completed his Undergraduate and Postgraduate training in London. He has gained wide experience in ENT working in a number of major teaching hospitals including Guy's & St Thomas' Hospitals, Great Ormond Street and the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery. He has been awarded three prestigious Fellowships that have provided specialist training in Skull Base Surgery, Otology, Hearing Implantation Surgery and Balance Disorders. His interest in hearing and balance disorders is augmented by a Masters degree in Audiovestibular Medicine from University College London.
As a Consultant at Cambridge University Hospitals he is a member of a team dedicated to delivering the highest quality care in Skull Base Surgery, Otology and Hearing Implantation. His areas of responsibility include being Clinical Lead of the Department of Otolaryngology, and the development of an endoscopic anterior and central skull base surgery service.

I am actively involved in research team and have a particular interest in the fields of acoustic neuromas, Ménière's disease, cholesteatoma surgery and hearing implantation outcomes. I am a Member of Council of the British Skull Base Society and am Treasurer and a Board Member of the Politzer Society. I have published over 10 book chapters and greater than 30 peer reviewed papers.
