About me

Having worked as a psychotherapist for over twenty years, in private practice and through several Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP’s), I support both individuals and couples through times of transition, loss, personal questioning, stress or crisis.

As well as dialogue, I may draw on creative approaches, mindfulness, visualisation and body awareness to encourage deeper communication, a greater sense of inner strengths, self-worth, trust, purpose and hope.

My practices are based in the City of London EC3 (near Tower Hill/Monument), London W2/W9 (Little Venice/Paddington), and North Oxfordshire.

Before training in Transpersonal Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy in London, my experience included business psychology, tourism, architecture and design. I have lived and worked in France and North America, as well as in the UK.
