Overview

About me

I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, with over 17 years experience in the counselling field. My practice is based in Rayne, Braintree, Essex. The majority of my training was at Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford, where I gained a First Class Honours Degree in Counselling and a Post-Grad Diploma in CBT. I have a medical background, having worked in both hospital and private clinic settings, alongside a busy private practice.
Initially I trained in complementary therapies and worked with both psychiatric and cancer patients. I became interested in the mind/body link, which then led me into the field of counselling.
