About me

I have been in practice as a counsellor/psychotherapist for twenty-three years and have experience of a great variety of client issues. I come from a person-centred orientation, but use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Solution-Focused techniques as well. I am a senior accredited practitioner with The British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, gaining senior status twelve years ago.
