I trained at the Charing Cross basic and higher specialist Psychiatric scheme and obtained my MRCPsych in 2003 following which I worked as a Specialist Registrar in Old Age, General Adult and Liaison Psychiatry at the Chelsea& Westminster Hospital. I worked as an Academic SpR & Honorary Research Fellow with Professor Barnes and Professor Joyce in Imperial College School of Medicine on the West London First Episode study. I obtained my CCT in General Adult& Old Age Psychiatry with a Liaison sub speciality in October 2007 following which I worked as a Consultant within the Central and North West London Foundation Trust. I have experience in developing Memory& Liaison Services in London & Derbyshire. I have international experience in Drug trials having worked on the SCAB 2009 Lamotrigine Mania Study in India. I have worked as an expert medical member on the Charing Cross Research& Ethics Committee. I also work for the Clinical Equivalence committee at the Royal College of Psychiatrists. I am a Bupa and AXA-PPP recognised medical practitioner. I am currently employed as Consultant Psychiatrist by Kent & Medway Partnership NHS Trust.
