About me

I qualified from the University of Birmingham Medical School, and undertook specialist training in the West Midlands and London Deaneries.
I have held a substantive consultant post in gastroenterology and endoscopy at St George's NHS Trust since 2012. I am an accredited colonoscopist for the National Bowel Cancer Screening Programme, an examiner for the National Bowel Scope accreditation programme, and the Director of the Bowel Cancer Screening Programme for South West London. I have also held the position of Endoscopy Training Lead for the Trust. I run general gastroenterology out-patient clinics, and am part of the emergency endoscopy rota.

I am interested in all aspects of luminal gastroenterology, including bowel cancer and bowel scope screening, anaemia, coeliac disease, indigestion, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
