About me

I am a specialist surgeon of the Mouth, Jaw and Face (Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon). I'm one of the few in the UK also able to offer Head and Neck Robotic Surgery, complex dentistry and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) replacement. I am happy to treat any condition that affects the mouth, neck, jaw and face - from impacted wisdom teeth to facial trauma, from salivary gland stones to head and neck cancer, from dental implants to complex reconstruction. I work in a range of hospitals and treat both children and adults.

Mr Cascarini is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, Head and Neck Surgeon at Guy's & St Thomas' Hospital and is part of the South London Head & Neck Cancer Group providing a specialist service in oral cancer and reconstruction. He has a special interest in TMJ disorders including jaw joint pain,clicky joint, locking jaw, restricted opening of the jaw as well as enlarged jaw and bone conditions. He provides diagnostic/treatment for Oral Cancer, including reconstructive surgery. This covers mouth lumps, discoloured patches in the oral cavity, neck lumps, lip lumps, tongue lumps, mouth ulcers;oral infections; tongue tie, jaw cysts, Ameloblastoma. In addition he covers head and neck trauma; facial fractures; jaw fractures, dental extractions, including wisdom teeth and retained roots, dental implants; bone grafting and sinus lifts. Salivary gland disease, submandibular gland conditions, thyroid and parotid gland conditions and skin cancer of the head and neck.
