James' Urology interests include the management of kidney, bladder and prostate cancers and all aspects of core urological conditions. He is also the clinical lead for the Urology Cancer Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT), the clinical lead for governance in St Richard’s Hospital.

He is experienced in laparoscopic urology/kidney and prostate surgery and has completed a laparoscopic fellowship in Leipzig, Germany with Professor Stolzenburg, one of the world leading surgeons and authorities in laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. He is well published in the techniques, outcomes and complications of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.
James lives Sidlesham with his wife Victoria, a local dentist, and has 3 children.
