About me

Mr Mowatt qualified dually in medicine and dentistry from St George’s Hospital, London, and Edinburgh University. His NHS practice is based at the Christie hospital, one of Europe's foremost hospitals for the treatment of cancer where he is the Lead Clinician for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His special interests are skin cancer (malignant melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma); sarcoma surgery; surgery of neurofibromatosis; facial reanimation and facial palsy surgery; reconstruction following cancer surgery of the face, head and neck; breast reconstruction and gynaecological reconstruction.
