Has CCT (Certificate of completion of Training) in general adult psychiatry and liaison psychiatry. Also obtained specialist registrar training in learning disabilities psychiatry and forensic psychiatry. Obtained training in assessment of Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders from National Behavioural Genetics Clinic at Maudsley Hospital. Also trained in Autism Diagnostic Interview Revised (ADI-R) and Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS).
Approved under Section 12(2) of the Mental Health Act. Medical Member of Mental Health Act Tribunals. Experience of providing court report and oral evidence in various courts. Has been a recognised trainer for both core and higher specialist psychiatry trainee doctors. Member of the examination writing panel for MRCPsych examinations. Deputy Regional Advisor of London Division of Royal College of Psychiatrist. Also Royal College Assessor for Consultant Appointment Panels.
