About me

My practice is underpinned by humanistic principles and informed by wide theoretical knowledge and experience. I see individuals with a wide range of treatment of mental health problems including anxiety, depression, life changes, loss, stress related problems, relationship difficulties, PTSD, complex trauma, and chronic pain syndromes. Some of the main therapeutic approaches I use are Person Centred, Solution Focused (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness. My speciality is traumatic stress and related conditions such as PTSD. I worked for the NHS psychology service for fourteen years until 2015. I manage an independent private practice offering psychological assessment, consultation, and treatment for adults.
