I practice mindfulness based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My focus is to help clients develop a personally meaningful life despite the obstacles (internal or external) that they might encounter.
I work as a service lead in the NHS and I teach at University of Surrey. As a clinician I have experience working with clients presenting with a wide range of psychological difficulties such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, relationship difficulties, sexual health difficulties and adjustment to cancer or other health conditions.
