About me

I am a qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavior Therapist ( CBT ) with BABCP and the HCPC with 25 years experience. I use NICE approved therapies for a range of psychological problems and have a high success rate.

I trained at the University of Leicester and have worked internationally as an academic, researcher, and therapist at the Maudsley Hospital, Institute of Psychiatry, UCL and City University Birmingham

I keep my case- load below 15 to deliver a personal service.
