About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who trained at The University of Birmingham. I completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and hold both a Degree and a Masters Degree in Psychology. In 2012 I was made an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. I have over 16 years' experience in the NHS and private practice.

I have a wealth of experience in helping adults struggling with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety disorders, stress, PTSD, OCD, panic, work related issues, abuse, relationship difficulties, psychosis and bi-polar disorder.
