Dr Boyle enjoys hill walking, classical music and cycling, but spends most of his spare time helping to look after his young children.
He is interested in finding a simple way to help families prevent allergy from developing in their children. He is also interested in peer to peer support programmes, and helped to establish a network of support groups for parents of food allergic children, in collaboration with the Anaphylaxis Campaign.
