About me

Dr Sevitt trained at Cambridge University and Addenbrookes Hospital Medical School, qualifying in 1998.

After general medical training he moved to London to work at the Royal Marsden Hospital. He then trained in Clinical Oncology and passed his Fellowship in the Royal College of Radiologists in 2005. During his training he also gained a fellowship to work at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, Australia.

Dr Sevitt completed his oncology training in 2008 and was appointed as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at the Kent Oncology Centre. His main clinical interests are in the management of Lung and Upper GI carcinomas as well as treatment of oligometastatic disease. He has developed stereotactic radiotherapy (SABR) and IMRT treatments for lung and upper GI malignancies in Kent. He has also worked as a MR Linac Specialist at the Cromwell Hospital, London.

Dr Sevitt also has a keen interest in education and is Training Program Director for Clinical Oncology.
