About me

I am an integrated counsellor. My work is largely Person-centred which involves careful listening, trying to understand exactly what you are thinking and feeling and aiming to be always honest and non-judgemental. I have studied and continue to study a number of different counselling approaches which may be drawn on as and when appropriate. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness, aspects of the Psychodynamic approach and Neuro LInguistic programming (NLP). I also offer Inner Child work and, more recently EMDR.
