About me

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist offering psychological therapy for Bupa members in central London.

I have a doctorate in clinical psychology, over 15 years' experience as a therapist, and I am a specialist in the field of adult mental health.

I approach my work as a therapist with humility and a genuine sense of compassion towards others. I pride myself on being professional, honest and open.

As a clinical psychologist I have received academic training in, and gained in-depth clinical experience of using, a wide range of different therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Integrative Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focussed Therapy and Systemic Therapy. This allows me to draw on the approach that best fits the individual needs of each client that I work with. I am also firmly committed to the process of Continuing Professional Development and regularly undertake additional specialised training to ensure that my work reflects the very latest developments in the theory and practice of therapy.

I am registered as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I am also a member of the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), and the Association of Contextual Behavioural Science (ACBS).
