About me
Dr John Seymour graduated from Oxford University in 2001 with degrees in medicine, surgery and physiology (1st class Honours). He completed his general and specialist post graduate training in Oxford and London. Dr Seymour was made a member of the Royal College of Physicians in 2004, and was appointed a consultant in Frimley Park Hospital in 2011. He was awarded a PhD by King's College London in 2011, publishing numerous scientific articles. He has delivered symposia and presented at international meetings of the European Respiratory and American Thoracic Societies. Dr Seymour was Chief of Medicine for Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust from 2014-2020, and is currently the Deputy Medical Director. He was made a Fellow of The Royal College of Physicians in 2019.
