I work 40 hours per wk as Consultant Rheumatologist in NHS Lothian. I am committed to providing holistic patient-centred care to all my patients. I use ultrasound to improve accuracy of diagnosis and treatment. During clinic visits a GP letter is composed with patient agreement and a copy of this is sent to all patients. I provide an emergency service to in-patients and take part in on-call rotas.

I am Honorary Lecturer at St Andrew's University and devote time to teaching and training.
